This…this is something I’ve been looking forward to, you guys. Jurassic freaking World. As a child of the ‘90s, the Jurassic Park films mean a lot to me. I was too young to go see the first film in theaters, but I distinctly remember playing with toy dinosaurs for a large chunk of my childhood, and I am positive this had everything to do with Jurassic Park. For this months edition of Film Club, Damien from Flashback/Backslide had the dubious honour of picking this months film. With that, Damien has chosen one of our most unique films yet; Joon-ho Bong’s Snowpiercer. Snowpiercer is Bong’s first English language film and proved an interesting film for our members to tackle.
