The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1: a worthy follow-up to Catching Fire?

Not gonna lie, I was a little nervous going into this film for a few reasons. First of all, now that I’ve read all of the books that the films are based on, I can confirm that Mockingjay is my least favorite of the trilogy, which seems to be the general consensus among most readers. The Hunger Games: Catching Fire: a dazzling sequel

I feel like I’m late to the party with this one. WordPress has simply exploded with Catching Fire reviews the last several days! And I’ve been paying close attention to those reviews.  Widely regarded as the best book of the Hunger Games Trilogy (I can’t comment on that since I’ve only read the first two), I had pretty hefty expectations for the Catching Fire film.
